The Hot Fuzz Burger

Oh man, NEW FAVOURITE BLOG! Pornburger! Since I’m in the Okanagan now, I can probably make this from entirely local ingredients. Might mix the beef with some goose fat so it doesn’t dry out.


This is week is all about the teaches of peaches. Now that summer is official, I wanted to celebrate some of my favorite summer flavors.  This pretty peach princess comes stuffed with a grass fed beef patty, applewood smoked speck, creamy  buffalo mozzarella, basil, and a dribbling of balsamic glaze.
