Is your tea toxic? According to the CBC’s Marketplace blog, most brands of tea that they tested, including my beloved Twinings Earl Grey, tested way above allowable levels for pesticide residue. I am happy to report, however, that Red Rose Tea shows unmeasurably low levels of pesticide residue, so that’s one more triumph for us! Only in Canada, you say? Pity!
You really have to take these things seriously. We are talking, after all, about tea!
